Practical information:
Location: Vienna, Austria | Work Arrangement: Onsite | Visa requirements: EU work permit/visa | Language requirements: Professional level English & German, written and spoken | Internship timeframe: 01.10.2025 - 31.03.2026 (6 months) | Working hours: 30 – 38,5 hr/week
What will you do during your internship?
As our new Center of Excellence intern, you will gain hands-on experience with AI projects across two key areas:
- AI Advisory – supporting and learn how to drive strategic AI consulting work
- AI Solution Engineering – support and learn how to translate business needs into tech solutions
The scope and final focus of your internship will be determined as the recruitment process progresses, ensuring the best fit based on your aspirations and strengths.
Your responsibilities may include (based on your area of interest):
- Track and summarize updates in the Microsoft 365 Copilot ecosystem
- Research GenAI use cases and turn insights into demos, playbooks, and presentations
- Support with customer trainings and workshops that bring AI concepts to life
- Prototype AI solutions like Copilot, RAG, and agentic workflows
- Explore platforms like Azure AI and AWS Bedrock, and translate findings into clear technical visuals
Desired competency & experience:
- Final year Master’s student or recent graduate in Business or Business Informatics, focused on Digital Transformation
- Comfortable using Microsoft 365 tools like Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Familiar with the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem and GenAI tools like ChatGPT
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and familiarity with AI/ML concepts such as NLP and RAG architectures
- Foundational software engineering or scripting knowledge
Core Competencies:
- You are passionate about GenAI and cloud technologies
- You have the ability to understand and communicate evolving AI capabilities in clear terms
- You bring solid problem-solving skills and a structured, analytical mindset
- You are an excellent communicator and a collaborative team player
- You are self-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks independently
