We are seeking a dynamic and technically adept Cyber Security Pre-Sales Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in the sales lifecycle by providing subject matter expertise and technical support for enterprise cybersecurity solutions, with a strong focus on Zscaler, HCL BigFix, CyberArk, and F5 technologies. You will work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements, craft compelling solution proposals, and ensure successful solution delivery alignment.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver technical presentations, demos, proof of concepts (PoCs), and workshops to articulate the value and capabilities of proposed solutions
- Respond to RFPs/RFIs and create high-quality technical documentation and solution proposals
- Liaise with product and engineering teams for feedback, customizations, and roadmap alignment
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and vendor capabilities
- Support and occasionally lead partner engagement and enablement initiatives
Your Competencies:
- 5+ years of experience in a Cyber Security Pre-Sales or Security Solution Architect role
- Strong technical expertise in: (at least in 2)
- Zscaler (ZIA, ZPA, Internet Access, Private Access)
- HCL BigFix (Endpoint Management, Patch Compliance)
- CyberArk (PAM, EPM, Vault, Application Access Manager)
- F5 (BIG-IP LTM, ASM, APM, DNS, SSL offloading)
- Solid understanding of network security, identity and access management (IAM), cloud security, and endpoint security
- Experience delivering compelling technical demos and PoCs

- You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive-level stakeholders and key decision-makers
- You have advanced analytical and troubleshooting skills to address customer concerns and design optimal solutions
- You can work under pressure and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced sales environment
