Key Account Manager

As our new Key Account Manager, your main objective will be to nurture and maintain business relationships within a portfolio of enterprise and corporate accounts. Your role involves identifying and assessing opportunities for revenue expansion and client services, benefiting both Crayon and our customers. Your daily activities will involve a well-rounded approach, encompassing the development of existing accounts and pursuing new prospects.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Excel in enterprise customer management and cultivate solid relationships with stakeholders across all seniority-levels of large brands
- Leverage Crayon`s customer centric approach and your consultative selling skills to engage customers in strategic conversations about expansion, development and growth
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan to achieve quarterly sales and annual revenue targets in the Hungarian market
- Responsible for driving new business, on boarding new customers, generating pipelines, conducting sales and marketing activities, and ensuring accurate forecasting and timely CRM reporting
Your competencies:
- 2+ years of sales experience in the enterprise and corporate segment (e.g financial sector) with a focus on IT solutions selling, with a documented track record of consistently exceeding quotas
- Focus on larger system integrators or international vendors (Microsoft, AWS, or Google Cloud)
- Demonstrated experience selling to C-Level executives/Senior stakeholders, driving long-term sales campaigns that align with customer challenges and strategic initiatives delivering value through Crayon's services
- Expertise in selling multi-cloud solutions and software licensing, such as Infrastructure as a Service, Cloud, and SW licensing is beneficial

- You possess solid communication and negotiation skills, capable of dealing with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- You assume full ownership and accountability for performance and customer relationships
