As our new Solution Sales Specialist – Modern Work, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, upsells, and cross-sells across assigned accounts. This role supports pipeline acceleration through proactive engagement and strategic positioning of Modern Work cloud solutions, while owning key opportunities end-to-end and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver impactful, value-driven outcomes.


Key responsibilities will include  

  • Identifying and qualifying net new, upsell and cross-selling opportunities to support pipeline generation, contributing to revenue growth by supporting the executive of go-to-market campaigns and cross-selling initiatives with vendors 
  • Engaging new and existing partners to drive early-stage sales conversations, shaping solution demand and work towards closure 
  • Collaborating with sales, marketing, and internal teams to accelerate partner recruitment and solution adoption in the assigned territory 
  • Providing insights and feedback from partner engagements to inform campaign targeting, demand planning, and sales motions 
  • Staying current with key vendor programs, certifications, and product updates to support solution positioning 


Your Competencies  

  • 5+ years of experience in sales account management within the IT space  
  • Experience selling Microsoft CSP, M365 and Copilot is highly advantageous 
  • Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP): MS- 900, Copilot, SC-900 certified 
  • Proactive and influential, able to build strong relationships with stakeholders and positively influence them
