Operations Specialist – Microsoft (m/f/d)

As our new Microsoft Operations Specialist, you be responsible for processing invoices, contracts, and purchase orders efficiently, while collaborating closely with Microsoft on various technology-related aspects. You will manage CRM data updates, oversee billing for our European subsidiaries, create contracts, and assist with administrative tasks within our ERP system.
Your responsibilities:
- Manage and process orders in the ERP system (MS Dynamics 365)
- Communicate and coordinate with Microsoft, distributors, and customers
- Actively track order status and ensure timely updates
- Create and manage Microsoft contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Maintain customer master data in CRM and ERP systems and support cross-functional teams (Finance, Inside Sales, etc.) in daily operations
Your Competencies:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales coordination, or similar roles with a solid understanding of software tools and their application
- Proficient in Microsoft licensing programs such as Select Plus, MPSA, EA, Campus, and OVS, with hands-on experience creating and managing customer agreements
- Skilled in Microsoft’s ordering tools (eAgreements, VLPC, VLC) ensuring accurate processing of customer orders and contract updates
- Familiarity with updating contract details, creating additional agreements, and coordinating seamlessly between account managers and Microsoft to ensure smooth operations
