Sales Development Representative

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands | Team Size: 10 | Reports to: Manager Direct Sales & Marketing | Visa Requirements: Valid working visa for the Netherlands| Language Requirements: Fluent/Professional level Dutch and English, written and spoken
As our new Sales Development Representative, you will support the account owner with sales activities in order to recruit new and retain existing customers. This includes lead generation activities and follow-up of existing deals via phone, social media and other platforms ensuring an excellent customer experience with Crayon. Through this, you will be the key to achieving up-sales and cross-sales success within our portfolio.
Other responsibilities will include:
- Prospecting and signing of net new Customers
- Support Account Owners in driving Customer activities
- Lead generation activities, managing opportunities & follow-up leads and CRM
- Provide internal and external support for questions regarding Software licensing
- Monitor Customer/Partner preferences to have the right conversations with your Customers/Partners
Your Competencies:
- 2+ years’ of B2B sales experience, collaborating with sales teams on attracting new, cross-selling and up-selling
- Experience from the IT industry, preferably within Software sales in similar roles
- Knowledge within Microsoft software licensing

- Strong customer and service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Highly responsible and comfortable working under pressure
- Strong teamwork and social skills
