We’re seeking a dynamic, consultative Solution Sales Specialist (Cloud DevOps) to join our high-impact team at Crayon Malaysia and drive adoption of cutting-edge Cloud DevOps solutions. As our new colleague, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through our partner network. This role supports pipeline acceleration by working closely with customers and partners to drive modernization using cloud DevOps solutions. Furthermore, you will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver impactful, value-driven outcomes.
Other responsibilities:
- Guide clients through the value proposition of their cloud-native development, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and monitoring tools
- Support customers throughout the sales lifecycle, from initial engagement to post-sale implementation and ongoing support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, solution architects, and account managers, to develop sales collateral, presentations, and other resources that support the sales process
- Conduct thorough research to understand the specific business needs, challenges, and goals of potential customers
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth. This includes identifying sales opportunities, prioritizing leads, and managing the sales pipeline effectively
Your Competencies:
- 2+ years demonstrated experience with software development and/or Cloud DevOps
- Familiarity with one or several Cloud technologies: AWS/Microsoft/Google Cloud solutions
- Previous exposure or relevant experience within Business Development, Pre-sales roles, Software Developer
- Skilled at translating complex technical information into clear actionable insights, tailored to diverse audiences (e.g., corporate executives, business partners, regulators, etc.)
