As the new Regional Operations Specialist, your focus will be on providing support and guidance to our customers, partners, and colleagues with pricing, agreements, billing, and software licensing, aiming to deliver a smooth and straightforward process. You will manage monthly reporting, sales & purchase order creation, order submission to different software and cloud vendors, while handling CRM data updates, billing for our European subsidiaries, as well as other admin tasks in our ERP system.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Provide direct customer support across various vendor programs
- Create Purchase Orders and Sales Orders, using our ERP system
- Effectively register purchase orders across different supplier tools, including MS VLC, Adobe LWS, MS VLPC, or other similar platforms
- Create and renew agreements for both customers and partners
- Offer software programs support, together with LSP, SPLA, and CSP
Your Competencies:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in roles like customer service/support, software specialist or sales operations specialist
- Possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant business field
- Proficiency in utilising Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated experience in order processing, agreement, and contract management is considered a plus
- Expertise working with Microsoft tools, including MS VLC or MS VLPC can be advantageous
