We are Bradken, a global team of around 3,000 people across 19 countries. For more than 100 years we have delivered innovative wear solutions that help the resources sector work safer and more productively.
We are building a better future with a commitment to being carbon neutral by 2030 for scope 1 and 2. Our work is grounded in challenge, customer focus and open communication.

You will:
- Lead a regional People Partnering team and set clear standards for delivery and responsiveness.
- Drive workforce planning, org design and future capability mapping that aligns people needs with operational priorities.
- Manage complex ER and IR issues including investigations, union interactions, EA interpretation and negotiation support.
- Coach leaders through performance, conduct, capability and cultural matters with clarity and confidence.
- Guide the application of our Just Framework and Respect at Work principles so they show up in decisions and behaviours.
- Provide insights from workforce data that help leaders act early, manage risk and lift organisational health.
- Work across sites, functions and global P&C teams to deliver consistent and modern people practices.
- Champion wellbeing and psychological safety across varied environments, from office to manufacturing to field settings.
You will be trusted for your judgement and your ability to stay steady when things are difficult or fast-moving.
This role is based in Brisbane.
This is a hands-on leadership role where your ability to work as One Team, focus on customers and look for smarter ways of working will make a real difference.

- Experience guiding workforce planning, organisational change or restructuring.
- Confidence influencing senior leaders with clear, steady communication.
