About the Opportunity:
Our operations team in Wundowie is growing and we’re looking for hands-on team players to join us as Process Workers in our Mineral Processing team (Disa Department).
Whether you're starting out or bringing some experience with you, this is your chance to build a career with a global leader in engineered products for the mining and resources sector.
What you’ll do:
As a Process Worker, you’ll be part of the team that prepares and finishes high-quality cast metal products for our customers. Your day-to-day could include:

Removing excess material from castings using tools and machinery

Performing basic welding, heat treatment, and painting tasks

Operating overhead gantry or mobile cranes, forklifts (if ticketed)

Keeping work areas clean and safe

Following job instructions and safety protocols closely

Supporting quality checks and production reporting
You’ll be on your feet for most of your shift and lifting up to 20kg regularly, so physical fitness is important. Some roles may also include rotating shift work.

You don’t need foundry experience, just the right attitude. We’re after people who:

Work well in a team and communicate clearly

Take pride in doing a quality job, every time
Preference but not essential:
- Forklift license
- Skid steer ticket
