Role Summary:
We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead growth initiatives across our Western Processing region. In this pivotal role, you’ll build and nurture strong customer relationships through regular engagement and site visits, ensuring our product offerings align with evolving client needs. You’ll identify and develop new opportunities for profitable expansion across Bradken’s product groups, drive market share growth in staple lines, and explore pathways into overseas markets. Your ability to craft and execute strategic supply agreements with key accounts will be essential to our continued success.
Reporting to the Area Manager, you will manage the region’s sales budget, input key data into Salesforce, and provide accurate forecasts and market intelligence. You’ll be accountable for achieving gross margin and sales targets, while continuously reviewing and refining sales processes. Your ability to develop systems that measure market share and order forecasts will be critical in driving informed decision-making and long-term growth.

You’ll be responsible for developing and delivering robust sales plans that support regional growth and contribute to Bradken’s broader commercial objectives. Collaborating closely with manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, and product development teams, you’ll ensure customer satisfaction remains at the heart of our operations. Your insights will also help shape future product development, keeping Bradken ahead of industry trends and customer expectations.
This role is based in Burswood.
Key Technical Criteria:
· Formal Engineering/Mining/Business or Trade background and experience in sales and marketing.
· 5 years’ work-related experience in Mining and associated markets.
· Trade, Mining, or Extractive Metallurgical or Manufacturing background
· Experience in a technical sales position.
· Experience in Fixed plant wear liners and Rotable refurbishments.
· Exposure to export/import requirements
