Systems and Compliance Lead

What's the Role:

As a Product Sourcing Systems and Compliance Lead, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems (QMS) within the global sourcing function and corporate QMS. 

You will ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, drive improvements in sourcing efficiency, develop and drive quality systems and tools training for the sourcing team, and enhance supplier quality through structured audits, documentation management, and continuous process improvements, including NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports).

You will successfully develop and implement a comprehensive systems strategy that aligns with the long-term goals of the Product Sourcing function, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and innovation.

You will own, maintain, and improve document control systems that ensure accuracy, version control, and accessibility of all sourcing-related documents, supporting compliance and operational efficiency.
  
You will automate a supplier performance dashboard by integrating data from various sources to provide real-time monitoring of key metrics like cost, delivery, and quality.
  
Key Technical Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, quality management, engineering, or related field (i.e., quality management engineering, production control and automation, business management…)
  • Relevant certifications in quality management systems or related areas.
  • Experience in quality management systems (ISO 9001) implementation and auditing
  • Strong background in document control, process documentation, and quality systems management.
  • Experience conducting quality assessments and implementing quality improvement initiatives in the manufacturing environment (mechanical industry)
  • Brief knowledge of design and manufacturing processes relevant to sourcing operations
  • Strong English proficiency to design and implement processes on a global scale, ensuring seamless collaboration across international teams, and conducting audits of factories and suppliers worldwide.

  
The role is based in Xuzhou.

So as a production manager, I believe the management and the motivation come from the career communication recognizer and enrollment.
At the start of each day, I contact a short briefing and set the review safety reminder and share the production target.
This is to help everyone understand the rules and bigger pictures to keep to keep to align that's during the shift.
I make the point, walk the flow frequently, not only monitor progress, but also check the operator and maintenance staff, listen to the the concerns, and provide the support.
I will find the people feel the good and stay more motivated.
I also keep the engaged recognize that small week.
For example, the team meets the targets and the hit time time or reserve the break on.
Make technology for the right week.
Even the simple thank you for the team management was the long way and pushing more more of it.
For longer and challenging, I rotate the task where the possible reduce the and keep the energy levels ups.
I also I also encourage the collaboration between the operator and maintenance personnel so they feel like your team greater than separate.
And this approach has helped me maintain the good team spirit, retwisted, and ensure that the productivity and safety remains high throughout the shift.
