
Systems and Compliance Lead

What's the Role:
As a Product Sourcing Systems and Compliance Lead, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems (QMS) within the global sourcing function and corporate QMS.
You will ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, drive improvements in sourcing efficiency, develop and drive quality systems and tools training for the sourcing team, and enhance supplier quality through structured audits, documentation management, and continuous process improvements, including NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports).
You will successfully develop and implement a comprehensive systems strategy that aligns with the long-term goals of the Product Sourcing function, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and innovation.
You will own, maintain, and improve document control systems that ensure accuracy, version control, and accessibility of all sourcing-related documents, supporting compliance and operational efficiency.
You will automate a supplier performance dashboard by integrating data from various sources to provide real-time monitoring of key metrics like cost, delivery, and quality.
Key Technical Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, quality management, engineering, or related field (i.e., quality management engineering, production control and automation, business management…)
- Relevant certifications in quality management systems or related areas.
- Experience in quality management systems (ISO 9001) implementation and auditing
- Strong background in document control, process documentation, and quality systems management.
- Experience conducting quality assessments and implementing quality improvement initiatives in the manufacturing environment (mechanical industry)
- Brief knowledge of design and manufacturing processes relevant to sourcing operations
- Strong English proficiency to design and implement processes on a global scale, ensuring seamless collaboration across international teams, and conducting audits of factories and suppliers worldwide.
The role is based in Xuzhou.
