Role Summary :

We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team and provide vital support to the sales region, ensuring the delivery of outstanding service to our customers. You will be central to managing complex customer service tasks such as quoting, order management, and issue resolution, while acting as a key escalation point. As the liaison between customers and internal departments, you will play a critical part in resolving issues efficiently and driving overall customer satisfaction.

As the primary point of contact for customer service issues, you will ensure prompt and professional resolution while supporting the onboarding and training of new team members. Collaboration is key, and you will work closely with Sales, Logistics, Manufacturing, Estimating, and Engineering to meet and exceed customer expectations.

You will be processing, tracking, and fulfilling orders, monitoring account statuses, and proactively updating customers and internal stakeholders. You will also manage customer feedback reports to address service gaps and drive continuous improvement.

You will have a strong focus on systems and reporting is essential. You will maintain data accuracy in Salesforce and Epicor, act as the Salesforce Super User for the region, and provide insights and actionable reports to the sales team. Supporting sales representatives with pipeline management, account planning, and forecasting will also be part of your remit, alongside preparing reports, quotations, tenders, and invoices.

You will play a key role in capital item and warranty-related projects, engaging with cross-functional teams to expand operational knowledge and improve service delivery. Importantly, you will actively identify opportunities for continuous improvement across systems, processes, and customer engagement, while supporting regional safety, compliance, and financial KPIs.

Qualifications

  • Qualifications in Business, Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.

Certifications (preferred but not essential)

  • Customer Service or Sales Support training

  • ERP system proficiency (e.g. SAP, Oracle)

  • Basic project management or logistics certification (e.g. APICS, PMP)

Experience

  • Professional experience in customer management or customer service coordination

  • Salesforce experience highly desirable

  • Experience in manufacturing, foundry, mining, or heavy industry preferred

  • Exposure to logistics or supply chain operations is advantageous
