Role Summary:

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will champion the growth of our Mining business with a strong focus on our Mill Liners product line and mine site shutdown equipment inspections. You will drive regional sales performance, strengthen customer relationships, and support the continued expansion of our offering across key mining operations. You’ll take ownership of sales and margin outcomes across your region, ensuring targets are achieved through effective planning, proactive customer engagement, and the identification of new business opportunities. You’ll bring a commercial mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to build trust with both customers and internal stakeholders.

You’ll regularly visit customers to understand their needs, verify satisfaction, and uncover growth opportunities. You’ll analyse market data, monitor performance against budget, and provide accurate reporting and forecasting to support decision-making. You’ll also work closely with manufacturing, product development, and sales coordination teams to align stock levels, support technical discussions, and ensure seamless delivery of customer solutions.

You’ll manage major customer accounts, collaborate with other business units to unlock cross-functional opportunities, and play an active role in developing new market offerings through product and technical innovation. Your ability to influence, communicate across diverse teams, and maintain strong internal relationships will be essential.

You’ll role‑model safe work practices, report incidents promptly, and contribute to a culture of quality compliance through regular observations and continuous improvement.

Key technical Criteria:

· Minimum 5 years work-related experience in Mining or associated markets,

· A proven track record of sales support excellence, demonstrating that initiative is essential

· Professional experience in Customer Management

· Technical trade background or tertiary qualification in Business is desirable, with additional emphasis on sales management and/or marketing

· Salesforce accreditation preferred, but not essential
