Role Overview
We are looking for a IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM) Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will design and support decision automation solutions for loan origination, working closely with business and IT teams to deliver compliant, high-quality banking solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design, develop, and maintain decision services using IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM)
• Support and enhance loan origination processes, including eligibility, credit rules, and approvals
• Collaborate with business, IT, and external vendors to translate requirements into automated decision logic
• Participate in testing, deployment, and ongoing support of decision automation solutions

What You’ll Bring

• Hands-on experience with IBM ODM or related IBM platforms
• Mandatory experience in loan origination within a banking or financial services environment
• Strong understanding of banking processes and enterprise systems

Nice to Haves

• Experience with IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) or IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW)
• Background in retail or corporate banking
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in lending
