Role Overview
We are looking for a Data Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to help the organization make informed, data-driven decisions. You will transform raw data into actionable insights, support business strategy through analytics, and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for business stakeholders.
  • Design and implement efficient data models and systems, ensuring data quality and consistency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities using data-driven approaches.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries and Python scripts for data extraction, transformation, and validation.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations aligned with business objectives.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar data-focused role.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret large datasets and predict trends.
  • Solid understanding of business processes and how data can drive strategic decision-making.
  • Strong communication skills to present findings effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience with machine learning models or statistical analysis techniques.
  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure Data Lake, Google BigQuery, AWS Redshift).
  • Knowledge of ETL tools and data pipeline automation processes.
