Role Overview

We are looking for an IT Governance, Risk & Compliance Officer responsible for embedding governance, risk, and compliance controls across end-to-end client implementations.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support and maintain the IT Governance framework, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies
  • Identify, assess, and monitor IT, cyber, and operational risks, contributing to enterprise risk management activities
  • Support compliance initiatives related to applicable regulatory and supervisory frameworks (e.g. NIS2, ISO standards, internal policies)
  • Participate in the development, maintenance, and testing of Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and IT Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP)
  • Contribute to IT resilience and service continuity initiatives, ensuring availability of critical systems and services
  • Support crisis management and incident response activities, including coordination, documentation, and post-incident reviews
  • Assist in internal and external audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews
  • Prepare governance, risk, continuity, and compliance reports for management and relevant stakeholders
  • Collaborate with IT, cybersecurity, operations, and business units to promote a culture of risk awareness and resilience

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience or strong knowledge in one or more of the following areas: IT Governance, Risk Management, Compliance, Business Continuity, or IT Resilience
  • Familiarity with relevant frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, ISO 22301, COBIT, NIST, or similar
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements for critical infrastructure and essential services (e.g. NIS2 Directive)
  • Ability to assess risks, analyze impacts, and support the design of mitigation and continuity measures
  • Strong documentation, reporting, and communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and support coordination during incidents or crisis situations
  • Attention to detail, structured thinking, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Professional certifications (e.g. ISO, COBIT, ITIL, BCM, risk or cybersecurity-related) considered an asset
