Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Manager to drive business growth, develop client relationships, and lead the full sales lifecycle from opportunity identification to deal closure.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
  • Build long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to align solutions with client needs
  • Maintain pipeline visibility, forecasts, and performance reporting

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or business development
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
  • Commercial mindset with a focus on results and client value
  • Experience using CRM tools and managing sales pipelines
