Role Overview

We are looking for a CRM Consultant with strong banking experience to design and implement CRM solutions that enhance customer engagement, streamline processes, and support digital transformation initiatives within financial institutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

● Analyze business needs and translate them into CRM functional and technical requirements
● Configure and customize CRM solutions to support banking processes (sales, service, onboarding, retention)
● Collaborate with business, IT, and vendors to ensure seamless integration with core banking systems
● Support data migration, user training, testing, and go-live activities
● Optimize workflows, reporting, and customer journeys to improve efficiency and experience
● Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations

What You’ll Bring

● Proven experience as a CRM Consultant in the banking or financial services sector
● Strong understanding of retail/corporate banking processes and customer lifecycle management
● Hands-on experience with CRM configuration, integrations, and user adoption initiatives
● Ability to bridge business and technical teams through clear analysis and documentation
● Experience with data handling, reporting, and process automation
● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Haves

● Experience in digital transformation or customer experience programs
● Familiarity with CRM integrations into core banking or loan origination systems
● Knowledge of regulatory and compliance considerations in financial services
● Experience working in Agile delivery environments
