Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Analyst (Banking Sector) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into technical solutions, and supporting project delivery. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across banking operations to ensure solutions meet both business and regulatory needs.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Collaborate with business units to identify, document, and validate requirements for banking projects.
  • Analyze processes, workflows, and systems to identify improvements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
  • Support project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle, including testing and user acceptance.
  • Conduct data analysis and reporting to support business decisions.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with banking regulations and internal control standards.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of banking operations, products, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in business process modeling, requirement documentation, and UAT coordination.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience with banking software platforms (e.g., core banking, payments, or risk systems).
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
  • Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
