Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Presales & Project Management IT Specialist for our client. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting presales activities, coordinating technical projects, and ensuring seamless delivery of IT solutions. You will act as the link between technical teams, vendors, and customers, ensuring that proposed solutions are feasible, well-planned, and efficiently executed.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support presales processes by analyzing customer requirements and preparing technical proposals.
- Coordinate IT projects end-to-end, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met.
- Oversee network operations involving Cisco routers and switches, following predefined configuration standards.
- Handle incident management, troubleshooting network issues, and restoring services promptly.
- Communicate with telecom providers to report issues and manage restoration efforts.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to coordinate equipment installation and operational readiness.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of experience in IT presales, project coordination, or network operations.
- Strong knowledge of computer networks and Cisco equipment, supported by CCNA certification.
- Proven ability to manage complex technical tasks, troubleshoot network problems, and interpret system reporting.
- Excellent command of MS Excel and comfort working with management tools and technical documentation.
- Strong communication and coordination skills across cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Familiarity with basic scripting or programming, preferably Python.
Nice to Haves
- Experience in enterprise-scale network environments or managed service providers.
- Hands-on exposure to project management frameworks or tools.
- Additional technical certifications in networking or systems engineering.
