Role Overview
We are looking for a IT Helpdesk (Microsoft) to provide support and administration for endpoint, cloud, and collaboration environments. The position focuses on user support, system configuration, and policy enforcement to ensure secure and efficient IT services.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage and administer Intune, SCCM, and Microsoft 365 environments with privileged access.
- Create, configure, and maintain policies and system configurations.
- Monitor, configure, and produce reports for Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) solutions.
- Administer SharePoint and Microsoft Teams environments.
- Manage and support software for end-user peripheral devices.
What You’ll Bring
- Graduate of a Technical Educational Institute (ATEI) or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with both team members and end users, including requirements gathering.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and contribute to solution design and implementation.
- Microsoft certifications will be considered an asset.
