Role Overview
We are looking for a Java Developer. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust backend applications and services. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient software solutions that support business needs.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications and APIs.
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, and front-end developers to define and implement software solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and testable code, following best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and debug existing systems to improve performance and stability.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration activities.
• Contribute to system design discussions and propose technical improvements or optimizations.
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of experience as a Java Developer or in a similar backend development role.
• Strong proficiency in Java SE/EE and frameworks such as Spring Boot, Hibernate, or JPA.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database design (SQL or NoSQL).
• Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD tools.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
