Role Overview
We are looking for an Enterprise Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, aligning, and governing the overall IT architecture to support business strategy and transformation. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure technology investments are aligned with organizational goals and deliver scalable, secure, and efficient enterprise solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework, ensuring alignment between business, application, data, and technology domains.
• Collaborate with business and IT leaders to translate strategic goals into actionable architecture roadmaps.
• Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, platforms, and tools that support digital transformation initiatives.
• Define and enforce architecture standards, policies, and best practices across the organization.
• Provide guidance and oversight to solution and technical architects on system design and integration.
• Document and maintain the architecture repository, ensuring accurate mapping of systems, data flows, and dependencies.
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise or solution architecture, with a proven track record in large-scale IT environments.
• Strong knowledge of architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) and enterprise modeling tools (e.g., LeanIX, ArchiMate).
• Experience in cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and hybrid environments.
• Deep understanding of integration patterns, data management, and security architecture principles.
• Excellent strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering.

• Professional certifications such as TOGAF, AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, or ITIL.
• Experience with enterprise transformation initiatives, such as digital modernization or cloud migration.
• Familiarity with FinOps, DevOps, or Agile methodologies in an enterprise context.
