Role Overview
We are looking for a Delivery Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for communicating with business units, prioritizing and aligning initiatives with strategic goals, and organizing the demand backlog to ensure smooth project delivery. You’ll act as a bridge between business and technology teams, helping to transform business needs into actionable plans.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Collaborate with business units to gather, assess, and validate new requirements.
  • Prioritize and align initiatives with organizational strategy and long-term objectives.
  • Evaluate effort, cost, and expected benefits to support decision-making for new projects.
  • Organize and maintain the demand backlog before handing it over to Business Analysts for detailed analysis.
  • Ensure that proposed initiatives are feasible, aligned with resources, and deliver measurable value.
  • Support continuous improvement of delivery and demand management processes.

What You’ll Bring

  • 4+ years of experience in IT delivery management, demand management, or business analysis.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of strategic alignment, benefit analysis, and project prioritization frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple requests and manage competing priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Nice to Haves

  • Experience with Appian BPM or other low-code platforms.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of portfolio management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow.
