Role Overview
We are looking for a System Engineer for our client. In this role, you will be responsible of designing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across operating systems, servers, networks, and cloud environments, ensuring systems are secure, scalable, and highly available.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design, implementation, operation, and support of enterprise data center infrastructure
• Administration and support of: Physical and virtual servers, Enterprise storage systems (SAN/NAS), Fibre Channel (FC), switching Hypervisors and virtualization platforms
• Monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of infrastructure platforms
• Participation in capacity planning, upgrades, migrations, and technology refresh initiatives
• Ensure high availability, resilience, security, and compliance of systems in line with banking standards
• Maintain and follow operational procedures, documentation, and change management processes
• Create and deliver technical documentation, proposals, and presentations to internal stakeholders and external partners
• Oversee project and resource planning from initiation through successful completion

What You’ll Bring

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise data center environments
• Strong technical expertise in enterprise infrastructure environments
• Solid understanding of IT service management, change control, and operational governance
• Ability to work effectively with technical teams, management, and third-party vendors
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, structured information
