Role Overview
We are looking for an IT Processes Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and documenting IT processes to improve overall operational efficiency. You will
ensure technology and business procedures are aligned while supporting IT systems and users.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Evaluate and optimize IT processes to enhance performance and implement continuous improvements.
- Document system configurations, workflows, and procedures to maintain accurate technical records.
- Monitor and analyze IT system performance data to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
- Provide strategic input to align IT and business procedures effectively.
- Train staff on IT systems, best practices, and security protocols.
- Support IT systems through installation, configuration, and troubleshooting activities.
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of experience in IT process management, IT support, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and relevant software applications.
- Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks such as ITIL.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Attention to detail with a proactive and continuous improvement mindset.
Nice to Haves
- ITIL certification or other recognized ITSM certifications.
- Experience with process automation tools or workflow management platforms.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools to support performance monitoring.
