Role Overview
We are looking for a Lead QA Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the testing strategy, mentoring QA team members, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. You will collaborate closely with development, product, and DevOps teams to build efficient testing frameworks and maintain excellence throughout the release cycle.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and coordinate QA activities across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Design, implement, and maintain test plans, test cases, and automation frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality standards and testing best practices.
• Review and optimize manual and automated testing processes for efficiency and coverage.
• Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
• Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of experience in software testing or QA engineering, including at least 1–2 years in a lead or senior role.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, SDLC, and Agile practices.
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) and frameworks.
• Proficiency in API testing and tools like Postman or REST Assured.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integration of automated tests.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
