Role Overview
We are looking for an Operations Planner. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating operational schedules, analyzing workflow and resources, and optimizing processes for efficiency. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across departments.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and maintain operational plans, schedules, and forecasts.
• Monitor resource allocation and utilization to ensure efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational activities with business objectives.
• Analyze operational data and provide actionable insights for process improvements.
• Prepare reports and dashboards to communicate performance metrics.
• Identify potential risks or bottlenecks and propose solutions.
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of experience in operations planning, logistics, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and planning software.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Good communication skills to collaborate with multiple teams.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
