The Role in a Nutshell  

We are seeking a Senior Data Quality Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will lead initiatives to ensure data across the organization is accurate, complete, consistent, and reliable. You will collaborate with data stewards, engineers, business units, and IT to define and enforce data quality standards, identify data issues, and implement solutions to improve the quality of enterprise data assets.

 

Your Day-to-Day  

• Design, implement, and manage data quality frameworks, metrics, and processes.
• Develop and maintain data quality rules, validation routines, and exception handling processes.
• Monitor data pipelines and data sources for accuracy, consistency, timeliness, and completeness.
• Work closely with data governance teams to define and enforce data standards and policies.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports that communicate data quality trends, KPIs, and anomalies.

 

Your Key Strengths

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data quality analysis, data governance, or data management roles.
• Strong understanding of data quality dimensions (accuracy, completeness, consistency, etc.).
• Proficiency in SQL for data profiling, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with data quality tools (e.g., Informatica Data Quality, Talend, Ataccama, Collibra, Trillium).
• Familiarity with data governance frameworks and metadata management.
