Knowledge Management Specialist

Your role at Exness:
As part of the Knowledge Management team, the Knowledge Management Specialist will be focused on operations related to internal knowledge transfer to provide the company’s employees and clients with up-to-date information on products and services. Also, the KM Specialist will take ownership of different KM initiatives and projects aimed at enhancing knowledge transfer from customer-facing teams to product teams and vice versa.
You will:
- Responsible for keeping up to date the company’s internal knowledge base so that information and data are accessible to employees
- Accountable for handling and communicating product/process updates with high accuracy and promptly.
- Responsible for escalated knowledge management tasks by ensuring all queries and information are responded to and updated and knowledge is conveyed to relevant departments within agreed time ranges.
- Assist in managing knowledge-sharing events in collaboration with other stakeholders
- Answer questions received from the target audience via KM Q&A channels
- Participate in KM tools testing and evaluation
- Work collaboratively with peers within the KM team and other external stakeholders to ensure alignment and cohesion.
- Providing training programs and seminars for employees if necessary
- Participating fully in the team, taking part in regular team meetings sessions, giving feedback and ideas to colleagues and to the management to manage the Knowledge Base and communications tools
- Working closely with Knowledge Managers and Trainers to drive Knowledge Initiatives across the organization
- Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Line Manager or any other superior from Operations as and when required.
- Assisting knowledge managers in organizing and conducting monthly/annual knowledge check-ups (quizzes, knowledge games, assessments, etc.) to measure product knowledge of customer-facing employees
- Liaise with stakeholders from different departments to keep track of new information and update the knowledge base accordingly.
- Collaborate in managing the successful execution of knowledge activities, including weekly seminars, assessments, and monthly refreshment meetings.
- Assisted in designing and implementing effective KM processes to support ongoing development and engagement.
- Independently lead projects and initiatives aimed at knowledge transfer enhancement.
- Support the development of knowledge-based products and processes to strengthen the teams' overall performance.
What makes you a great fit:
- Excellent command of English, with advanced writing proficiency;
- A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in computer science/ information science/business/economics/finance would be an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and good presentation skills
- Experience with KM software would be an advantage (self-service software, customer help center software);
- Copywriting experience would be an advantage.
- Must be independent, self-motivated, show initiative and a strong sense of ownership /responsibility
- Supportive of company-wide goals and objectives, deliver department /team results and key objectives,
- Ability to research, organize, plan, multitask, and exercise time management
- High level of attention to detail
- Stakeholder engagement skills: listening, negotiation, consulting, advocacy.

- Ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Experience in forex or financial services would be an added advantage.
- Experience with Atlassian products would be an advantage (Confluence, Jira)
- Experience in information management (codification, content management, information processes, taxonomies)
- Experience in managing knowledge bases (information architecture)
