Senior Marketing Operations Manager

Your role at Exness:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Operations team and marketing tasks including production of CRM tasks, event production, content creation, and localization. Additionally, they will be tasked with strategy progress reporting, ensuring that the team is on track to meet objectives and goals. Looking for someone with experience in marketing operations, and project management, with excellent communication.
You will:
- Work closely with internal Marketing Teams and channel owners to run BAU tasks (CRM, events including expos, webinars, and product launches)
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently
- Lead some of the marketing projects, as well as manage strategy progress reporting ensuring that the team is on track to meet objectives and goals
- Lead the operations team and work closely with marketing project managers and Ops specialists
- Oversee operational tasks, including processes and workflows, to optimize efficiency and productivity within the marketing department
- Implement workforce management practices to effectively allocate resources and ensure that operation team members are working at optimal capacity
- Take ownership of budget reporting, tracking expenditures, and identifying areas for cost optimization
- Manage vendor relationships, including processing invoices and ensuring that deliverables are met in a timely manner
- Oversee the localization team and lead the management of their workflows, backlog, and automation projects.
What makes you a great fit:
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
- 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or related field
- Strong project management skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including email marketing, social media marketing, and paid advertising is a plus
- Experience in localization management is a plus
- Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships is a plus
- English (writing and speaking)
- Prince2 certificate is a huge plus
