Compliance Monitoring Officer

Your role at Exness:

We're currently looking to hire a Compliance Monitoring Officer in our office in Limassol. You will be responsible for the compliance of Affiliates and Introducing Brokers (IBs) advertising activities. Your primary goal will be to ensure affiliates/IBs are following guidelines and using fair methods for bringing clients to Exness.  

You will:

• Monitor affiliates/IBs advertising materials/activities and ensure on-going compliance.
• Audit existing processes, identify weaknesses and suggest corrective actions.
• Cooperate with teams inside the department for optimization opportunities.
• Maintain up to date compliance records in partnership (e.g. documents, logs, reports).
• Track and identify key issues and report them with feedback.
• Review, investigate and assist with the resolution of affiliate/IB complaints.
• Address employees' questions and advice on partnership compliance matters.
• Provide any other assigned partnership compliance related tasks.

What makes you a great fit:

• Holder of a University degree.
• 1 or more years of experience within the financial services industry working in a similar role.
• Relevant professional certification is a plus (e.g. CySEC Basic or Advance and others)
• Analytical and organizational skills with strong attention to detail. 
• Excel/Google sheets skills
• Problem-solving and initiative skills
• Fluent in English language (verbal & written), any additional language may be considered a plus.
• Able to work on own initiative, independently, prioritize workload and pay attention to details.
