Anti-Fraud Team Lead

Your role at Exness:

At Exness, we encounter complex and evolving fraud challenges that require innovative and strategic leadership. As the Anti-Fraud Team Lead, you will spearhead efforts to enhance fraud protection for our Partnership and Affiliates products. You’ll take ownership of analytical processes, lead a high-performing team, design cutting-edge anti-fraud algorithms, and establish robust operational frameworks to ensure that Exness remains a leader in fraud prevention.

You will:

  • Define and execute the strategy for anti-fraud protection within the Partnership Anti-Fraud team.
  • Lead and mentor a team of analysts, fostering growth, collaboration, and technical excellence.
  • Design and implement scalable processes for fraud detection and prevention, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry standards.
  • Be familiar with common fraud types in the digital affiliates area.
  • Drive the development and optimization of complex anti-fraud algorithms for Partnership (IB) and Affiliates products, and be fully involved in details of each rule, an algorithm or a model for fraud detection.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to identify and address fraud risks effectively.
  • Assess existing processes, identify gaps, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and transparency.
  • Provide expert insights into partnership fraud operations, metrics, and trends to guide decision-making.
  • Document, standardize, and maintain processes related to partnership and affiliates risk protection.
  • Deliver weekly fraud reports and key performance insights to stakeholders.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, data science, or a related field.
  • Expertise in analyzing data and implementing anti-fraud systems, with advanced knowledge of tools like Excel, SQL, and Python.
  • Deep understanding of statistical methods and the ability to develop complex algorithms.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and delivering results under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with an ability to articulate complex topics clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving orientation.
  • Experience in CFD or financial services is a strong advantage.
