Regional Marketing Manager (Spanish Speaker)

Your role at Exness:
We are looking for an experienced Regional Marketing Manager with the focus of the LATAM region. In this role you will work closely with Marketing teams and the partnerships and business development teams.
You will:
- Work closely with Regional Director and Regional Marketing Team Lead to develop go-to-market strategies for the region and performance to reach regional targets
- Oversee the coordination and execution of the Regional Marketing strategy to achieve marketing goals.
- Support marketing teams to work with media agencies and/or directly with media suppliers (websites, influencers) to book media placements for the region.
- Become the go-to person and reliable representation for marketing within regional and country specific forums and help build strong working relationships both within marketing and across the wider business.
- In line with compliance restrictions, own and complete campaign briefs to develop awareness, consideration, and acquisition through regional campaigns that are designed to reach country goals and achieve maximum portfolio exposure for our brand.
- Own the marketing brief development and management for regional events/expos and work closely with the Regional Director, Events team, and marketing stakeholders to ensure assets are delivered on time and provide sufficient promotion pre and post-event.
- Work closely with the marketing ops & planning department to effectively hand over the execution of the campaign and event briefs, providing guidance where required.
- Request research and analysis of regional market trends and competitors, implement insights into campaign briefs.
- Work closely with the compliance department to identify new opportunities for the regional marketing activities, make sure all briefed campaigns and marketing content are compliant.
- Report on agreed KPIs and campaign performance on a weekly and monthly basis, draw insights and identify improvement opportunities. Contribute to post-campaign analysis.
- Monitor and be aware of regional marketing spend and ensure budgets are helping to deliver country objectives.
- Monitor local competitor activities, regulatory issues, payments/verification challenges, and any other key regional information and provide regular updates to marketing stakeholders in weekly reports
- Ensure delivery of tasks within agreed deadlines, that the quality of work delivered is of a high standard, and that any data is verified with relevant sources
- Support Regional Marketing Team Lead and Head of Department with additional business tasks that may fall outside of the job description (adhoc)
What makes you a great fit:
- 3-5 years experience as a regional marketing manager or in a similar marketing role
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, finance, or another related field
- Experience in creating detailed 360 campaign briefs
- Experience in building go-to Market Strategy (GTM)
- Experience managed previously high cost marketing budgets
- Experience working with online and offline media channels for this region
- Proven experience working with marketing tools and software, such as CRM solutions
- Knowledge of best practices in digital marketing
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills, including attention to detail
- Problem-solving approach and experience working with stakeholders
- Ability to manage time and resources effectively
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to use advanced English and fluency in Spanish is a must. Any additional language would be considered an advantage
