Regional Marketing Manager (Thai Speaker)

Your role at Exness:
As the Regional Marketing Manager for Thailand & Laos, your role is to shape and execute localized marketing strategies that align with Exness’s global vision. You'll work cross-functionally with regional teams, media partners, and compliance to ensure impactful, high-performing campaigns that build brand awareness and drive acquisition across both markets.
You will:
- Collaborate with the Regional Director, Team Lead, and Head of Department to design and implement tailored go-to-market strategies for Thailand and Laos.
- Oversee the coordination and rollout of marketing initiatives that drive awareness, consideration, and acquisition in the region.
- Work with local teams and media agencies/suppliers (e.g., influencers, websites) to secure effective media placements and regional deals.
- Represent the marketing team in regional and country-specific forums, building strong internal and cross-functional relationships.
- Own the development of campaign briefs that are aligned with business goals and fully compliant with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with the marketing operations and planning team to hand over business briefs and provide executional support as needed.
- Request and incorporate regional market research and competitive analysis into strategic and creative planning.
- Partner with the Compliance team to review all marketing content and campaigns for regulatory adherence and identify new compliant marketing opportunities.
- Monitor and report on KPIs weekly and monthly; analyze campaign results and contribute to post-campaign performance reviews.
- Track marketing expenditures to ensure spending is aligned with strategic goals and country-specific objectives.
- Keep up to date on regional developments including competitor activity, regulatory changes, and market shifts; share insights in stakeholder reports.
- Ensure high standards across all deliverables, meet deadlines, and verify all data with reliable sources.
- Assist the Team Lead and Head of Department with ad-hoc business tasks and special projects as required.
What makes you a great fit:
- 5 years of experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar marketing role
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Finance, or a related field
- Strong background in creating detailed 360° campaign briefs
- Experience with both online and offline media channels
- Proven hands-on experience with marketing tools and software, including CRM solutions
- Solid understanding of best practices in digital marketing
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and perform under pressure
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Strong time and resource management abilities
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proficiency in advanced English and Thai for professional use; additional languages are a plus
Nice to have:
- Experience working in fintech or iGaming companies
- Experience working with analytics tools, such as Tableau and PowerBi
