Backend Software Engineer, Golang/Python (Corporate Development)

We’re looking for a self-driven, detail-oriented Golang backend developer who can work well both independently and as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.

Our Tech Stack:

  • Backend services are primarily in Python (FastAPI/Django) and Golang (Gin)
  • Frontend using React and Next.js
  • Deployed on Kubernetes
  • Data is stored mainly in PostgreSQL
  • We use Kafka

What makes you a great fit:

  • 5+ years of experience in software development with 3+ years of experience in back-end development using Golang/Python
  • Strong knowledge of Golang frameworks and development practices
  • Experience designing RESTful APIs and working with microservices architectures
  • Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka in production environments
  • Expertise in database design, including performance optimization and complex queries
  • Solid experience working in CI/CD environments and integrating automated testing (unit, integration, and performance tests)
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Understanding of modern architectural patterns, such as event-driven architecture and message queues
  • Comfortable working with complex business logic and optimizing performance for data-intensive applications
  • Team player with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Able to take ownership of tasks and deliver results independently, even with minimal direction or unclear requirements
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English for business communication

Nice to have:

  • Experience with React/Vue/Angular
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, or container orchestration tools
  • Familiarity with Linux environments
  • Knowledge of additional databases like MongoDB or Clickhouse
  • Experience with gRPC or other high-performance communication protocols
