Business Analyst (People Division)

Your role at Exness:

The main purpose of this role is to support and enable developing scalable, flexible and user-friendly automations, reports and dashboards to increase efficiency of all People processes and ensure reasonably quick data-driven decisions.

You will:

  • Build frameworks, dashboards, and tools to help stakeholders in People teams and managers to better understand root causes of people challenges and make informed decisions.
  • Consult the entire People team to build relevant metrics and analytics using data and insights from all available sources.
  • Optimize and implement new processes and systems, contributing to People team strategy, tactical and operational plans with analytical insights and automations.
  • Be an owner and focal point for People systems and data management by preparing various reporting, data audits and People processes automations.
  • Partner closely with stakeholders in HR, IT and Finance to optimize reporting and visualization as well as People processes automation.
  • Act as subject matter expert in People analytics and automations.

What makes you a great fit:

  • 3+ years of experience in Analytics, Business / Systems Analysis, Process Automation, HR Operations or C&B.
  • Experience working with BI tools, building automated reporting and dashboards (Tableau / Google Data Studio / Power BI). Ability to formalize and visualize the results of the data analysis in a clear and concise way.
  • Experience with ERP / HRIS / ATS management and development / implementation. Solid understanding of HR processes is desirable.
  • Experience in working with script languages, API, writing tech specifications is highly desirable. Expertise in workflow automation tools is a plus.
  • Advanced skills in G-suite / Microsoft Office Suite (complex pivots, scripts, automation add-ons).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent customer service attitude.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a fast moving, client-delivery orientated environment.
  • Result-driven orientation (prioritizing, taking initiative, strong sense of ownership, “can-do” attitude).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • At least upper-intermediate English (both verbal and written), and Russian language is a plus.
  • Mathematical / Engineering education would also be an advantage.
