Account Payable Officer

Your role at Exness:

This role is ideal for a candidate who has experience in performing bank reconciliations and has a good basic understanding of accounting. Experience in execution of payments between various  locations and jurisdictions will be a big advantage.

You will:

• Bank reconciliation on a regular basis (main job responsibility)
• Perform charges and fees reconciliation
• Identification of inconsistencies and communication & coordination with relevant departments for issue resolution in a timely manner
• Communication with the statutory reporting team in terms of banking reconciliation and coordination with them details of the reflection of some transactions in the accounting software (Odoo);
• Registration of payments in the accounting software (Odoo), recording of vendor transactions, intercompany transactions and other type of banking transactions
• Other internal reconciliations and reporting as could be required

• Holder of a degree in Financial Studies/Economics/Accounting/Mathematics or another related field
• A thorough understanding and experience in performing  bank reconciliation 
• Good Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent analytical skills
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and able to demonstrate a genuine understanding of the subject and tasks at hand 
• An ability to work well and proactively with multiple parties
• Ownership and Organizing skill
