Senior Motion Designer

Your role at Exness:

You will be responsible for creating high-impact video content and ads that showcase our products, services, and brand. You will work closely with a variety of teams and specialists, from product owners to producers and outside contractors, to deliver impactful results.

You will:

• Contribute to or follow closely creative briefs provided by the creative director for campaign and other projects.
• Create compelling motion graphics for ads, packshots, bumpers, etc—used mostly for online performance campaigns.
• Collaborate with external vendors to complete tasks such as localizations, resizing, and versioning, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery. 
• Uphold exceptional visual standards with a strong focus on detail, storytelling, and contextual relevance.
• Stay informed on the latest visual trends, tools, and techniques, and proactively integrate them into your work.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on diverse projects including brand campaigns, offline events, and internal initiatives.
• Offer constructive creative feedback to fellow motion designers and contribute to refining technical processes and guidelines.
• Work closely with the creative operations team to align on workflows, manage timelines, and ensure seamless project execution.

What makes you a great fit:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Motion Graphics or other relevant field.
• 7+ years of professional experience.
• Experience with producing and iterating online campaign creatives will be considered a plus.
• Experience working within a regulated vertical (Fintech, Banking, etc) will be considered a plus. 
• Advanced proficiency in the following software: After Effects, Premiere or/ FCP or/ DaVinci Resolve, Illustrator, Figma).
• Knowledge of 3D tools (Cinema 4D or Maya or equivalent).
• Must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to conceptualize, visualize, and effectively present ideas to stakeholders.
• A strong command of the English language is a mandatory requirement.
