HR Project Manager
Cyprus
Your role at Exness:
Coordinate HR projects of mid-to-large size on people-related topics applying professional principles, practices, and techniques to control project schedule, cost, and performance risks.
You will:
- Coordination of people-related projects of mid-to-large size, starting from formulating the project plan to the project closure, in close collaboration with the Head of Global HR Projects and project stakeholders. Examples of the projects:
- Implementation of the grading system;
- New offices launch;
- Launch interactive company museum etc.
- Develop project documentation, including brief, plan, daily/weekly log, meeting minutes, presentations on concept, stakeholder updates, supporting, and educational materials (manuals, guidelines, etc.)
- Organizing the resources to be used (quality, time, budget, and information) and specifying the quality standard in the processes.
- Defining the risks of the project and developing scenarios to overcome these risks.
- Coordination of the development and execution of project communication strategy incl. communication to the stakeholders, messages, and communication progress trackers.
- Reporting on the progress of the project with an agreed frequency on quality, status, time, and money to the project board.
- Managing relationships with the stakeholders.
- Participating in other HR and people-related activities within a broader team.
What makes you a great fit:
Technical / Hard Skills:
- Great educational background, preferably in the fields of HR or Management, CIPD/SHRM qualification as a big plus.
- Proven 5+ years of experience in HR projects within mid to large companies. Experience in consulting firms is considered a plus; the preference is for the candidates who led the projects and have not been a part of HR Operations.
- Deep knowledge of all HR fields, including “hard HR,” i.e., grading, organizational design, performance management, compensation, etc.
- Experience in business process description and optimization.
- Project Management and Change management certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, Prosci are considered a huge plus.
- Fluent English and other languages such as Greek, Russian, Malay, or Spanish will be considered a plus.
