Creative Performance Analyst

Your role at Exness:
We are seeking a Creative Performance Analyst to bridge the gap between performance data and creative execution. This role is responsible for deeply analyzing performance reports from media buying platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.) and other analytics tools to extract insights that will guide the creative production team in developing high-performing ad assets.
You will play a strategic role in generating actionable intelligence, identifying trends, and formulating A/B testing hypotheses to optimize creative outputs for various digital channels.
You will:
- Analyze creative performance reports from platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc, and analytics tools like Google Analytics, etc.
- Use tools and reporting to Identify high and low-performing creatives, and distill key learnings (e.g. hooks, formats, messaging, visuals).
- Translate data insights into clear, actionable creative briefs for the production team.
- Develop and prioritize A/B and multivariate testing hypotheses to improve ad effectiveness.
- Maintain a testing roadmap and track experiment outcomes across campaigns.
- Integrate and collaborate with media buyers, designers, copywriters, and other stakeholders to align on performance and production goals.
- Present regular performance reviews and insight reports to leadership and creative teams.
- Stay up-to-date with platform trends, creative best practices, and competitor creatives.
What makes you a great fit:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Data Analytics or other relevant field.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in performance marketing and creative analytics— ideally with a focus on mobile app user acquisition campaigns.
- Strong understanding of performance KPIs (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and how creative impacts them.
- Experience generating creative hypotheses and testing frameworks (A/B, split testing, etc.).
- Proficiency in tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads products, TikTok Ads, and
- mobile attribution platforms like Appsflyer for reporting.
- Proficiency in Amplitude will be considered a strong advantage.
- Ability to synthesize data into actionable creative insights and communicate them clearly to non-technical stakeholders (designers, copywriters, producers).
- Familiarity with tools like Figma, or Trello for organizing testing insights is a plus.
- Experience with regulated verticals such as Banking, Fintech, iGaming etc will be considered an advantage.
- Strong command of the English language is a mandatory requirement.
- Strong presentation skills.
