
Compliance Officer
Your role at Exness:
As a Compliance Officer you will play a critical role in upholding the core values that define our business - ethics, integrity, and a smart scientific approach. Your mission will be to ensure that our operations not only meet regulatory standards but also reflect our deep commitment to fairness and transparency.
You’ll help maintain a robust compliance framework that supports our algorithmic-led and scientifically grounded product development, ensuring that our pricing and execution practices remain ethical and client-centric. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to proactively identify risks, strengthen internal controls, and foster a culture of integrity across the organization.
You will:
- Draft and revise policies and procedures and prepare reports;
- Audit existing processes, identify weaknesses and suggest corrective actions;
- Evaluate new business ideas, assess risks and give opinion;
- Review regulatory requirements, assess impact on operations and update monitoring program;
- Ensure on-going compliance and collaborate with relevant parties to meet reporting obligations;
- Maintain up to date compliance records (e.g. documents, logs, correspondence, reports, etc.);
- Investigate new licensing opportunities and assist in the preparation of new applications;
- Keep abreast of internal procedures and global CFDs and RegTech regulatory developments;
- Address employees questions and advice on compliance matters;
- Monitor communications with customers and review marketing material;
- Review, investigate and assist with the resolution of client complaints;
- Perform any other assigned compliance-related tasks, including admin duties;
What makes you a great fit:
- University degree;
- 3+ years experience within the CFDs/Forex industry working in a similar role
- Relevant professional certification is a plus;
- Excellent communication (verbal and non-verbal), business acumen, organizational, presentation and problem-solving skills;
- Fluent in English language (verbal & written), any additional language may be considered a plus;
- Able to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
- Able to work on own initiative, independently, prioritize workload, and pay attention to details.
