Compliance Officer

Your role at Exness:

As a Compliance Officer you will play a critical role in upholding the core values that define our business - ethics, integrity, and a smart scientific approach. Your mission will be to ensure that our operations not only meet regulatory standards but also reflect our deep commitment to fairness and transparency.

You’ll help maintain a robust compliance framework that supports our algorithmic-led and scientifically grounded product development, ensuring that our pricing and execution practices remain ethical and client-centric. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to proactively identify risks, strengthen internal controls, and foster a culture of integrity across the organization.

You will:

  • Draft and revise policies and procedures and prepare reports;
  • Audit existing processes, identify weaknesses and suggest corrective actions;
  • Evaluate new business ideas, assess risks and give opinion;
  • Review regulatory requirements, assess impact on operations and update monitoring program;
  • Ensure on-going compliance and collaborate with relevant parties to meet reporting obligations; 
  • Maintain up to date compliance records (e.g. documents, logs, correspondence, reports, etc.);
  • Investigate new licensing opportunities and assist in the preparation of new applications;
  • Keep abreast of internal procedures and global CFDs and RegTech regulatory developments;
  • Address employees questions and advice on compliance matters;
  • Monitor communications with customers and review marketing material;
  • Review, investigate and assist with the resolution of client complaints;
  • Perform any other assigned compliance-related tasks, including admin duties;

What makes you a great fit:

  • University degree;
  • 3+ years experience within the CFDs/Forex industry working in a similar role 
  • Relevant professional certification is a plus;
  • Excellent communication (verbal and non-verbal), business acumen, organizational, presentation and problem-solving skills;
  • Fluent in English language (verbal & written), any additional language may be considered a plus;
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
  • Able to work on own initiative, independently, prioritize workload, and pay attention to details.
