About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Specialist Acquisition Marketing for Oman. In this role, you will develop and execute digital acquisition strategies that drive growth and market share for Friendi Mobile & Friendi Pay in Oman. You will work closely with the Global Director of Digital Acquisition to align strategies and ensure the successful execution of regional goals. This is a critical role that will directly impact the success of our brand in Oman, and you will be a key member of the local marketing team.
What You Will Do
- Implement digital acquisition strategies tailored to the Oman market, focusing on driving growth, increasing market share, and maximizing ROI.
- Collaborate with the Global Director of Digital Acquisition to align local strategies with regional objectives and ensure cohesive execution across the region.
- Monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness of acquisition campaigns and optimize performance.
- Planning, and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEM, SEO, paid social, display advertising, and affiliate marketing, specifically for the Omani market.
- Leverage data and analytics to improve campaign performance, customer conversion rates, and overall acquisition effectiveness.
- Work closely with the brand team to create and launch targeted acquisition campaigns that resonate with Omani consumers.
- Identify and leverage cross-promotional opportunities within the brand to optimize customer acquisition costs.
- Partner with product, technology, and sales teams to ensure the seamless execution of customer acquisition initiatives.
- Collaborate with the analytics and data science teams to generate insights that inform strategy and enhance decision-making.
- Manage Oman's digital acquisition budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation to achieve maximum return on investment.
What You Will Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital acquisition, digital marketing, or growth marketing, with a strong track record of driving customer growth in the Omani market.
- Good understanding of the Omani market, including consumer behaviour, regulatory environments, and competitive landscapes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Passion for innovation and a keen eye on market trends and customer insights.
