About the role:

We seek a skilled Senior Software Engineer I to design, develop, and maintain high-performance systems. You'll tackle complex technical challenges, optimize system reliability, and mentor junior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Backend Development: Architect, build, and optimize scalable systems and APIs.
• Collaboration: Work with frontend engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver impactful solutions.
• Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship.
• Performance & Optimization: Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance system performance.
• Architecture & Design: Contribute to system design, scalability, and technology decisions.
• Security & Compliance: Implement security best practices and ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• 5+ years in backend development, delivering scalable and high-performance solutions.
• Proficiency in Java, .NET, Go, or Node.js with expertise in backend frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of SQL & NoSQL databases, query optimization, and schema design.
• Experience in microservices, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in unit, integration, and performance testing frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and debugging skills.
