As Lead Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our digital services platform. You’ll own high-impact product initiatives, drive user engagement, improve operational efficiency, and build the foundations of a future product team.
This role begins as a hands-on individual contributor with a clear growth path to building and leading a team of PMs.

What you’ll do
- Define and lead the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Drive product discovery through user research, competitive analysis, and market validation.
- Translate insights into clear product decisions and strategies.
- Manage the full product lifecycle: ideation, research, development, testing, and rollout.
- Collaborate with engineering, UX, marketing, and commercial teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Convert business requirements into actionable product specifications and user stories.
- Own backlog management and prioritization for efficient and effective delivery.
- Leverage analytics and customer insights for ongoing optimization and growth.
- Lay the groundwork for a future product team by defining processes, frameworks, and hiring plans.
- Recruit, hire, and mentor future product managers, fostering a culture of ownership, agility, and excellence.
What you’ll bring
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
- 6+ years of digital product management experience — ideally in Telco, Digital Services, or B2C platforms.
- Proven track record of shipping successful consumer products that drove engagement and retention.
- Deep experience with customer journey optimization and digital experience design.
- Skilled in user research, creating personas, and applying product discovery frameworks.
- Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
- Experience leading cross-functional product initiatives and end-to-end execution.
- Bonus: Experience hiring and developing product talent.
Skills

- Strong expertise in product roadmap planning, backlog management, and Agile methodologies.
- Skilled at translating customer data and behavioral analytics into product decisions.
- Strong user research and discovery skills — turning insights into product direction.
- Experience with API-driven digital ecosystems and cross-platform digital products.
