Role Purpose
Why this role matters: As an SRE/DevOps Engineer (Cloud), you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable cloud infrastructure while ensuring performance, security, and reliability. Your contributions will help shape the cloud infrastructure strategy and DevOps best practices, ultimately transforming how we streamline deployments and operations.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable cloud architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive DevOps adoption and CI/CD best practices.
- Manage cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or GCP, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployments.
- Optimize cloud networking, security, and compliance frameworks.
- Implement containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Automate cloud operations and repetitive tasks to improve efficiency.
- Monitor and enhance observability using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Splunk.
- Engage with stakeholders to align infrastructure strategies with business goals.
Qualifications & Attributes
We’re seeking someone who embodies the following:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years in DevOps or SRE roles.
- Technical Skills:
- On-Premises Infrastructure: Experience integrating on-prem systems with cloud environments.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Networking: Strong understanding of cloud networking and VPN configurations.
- Security: Proficiency in IAM, cloud security best practices, and compliance standards.
- Automation & Scripting: Proficiency in Terraform, Ansible, Python, Golang, or Rust.
- Monitoring & Observability: Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, or Splunk.
- Unique Attributes:
- Thrives in fast-paced environments requiring quick decision-making.
- Possesses a problem-solving mindset and the ability to manage high-pressure situations.
- Excels with cloud-native technologies and DevOps methodologies.
- Preferred Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect, Azure DevOps Engineer, or equivalent.
