Role Purpose
Why this role matters:
This role plays a critical part in boosting brand visibility, driving qualified traffic, and increasing both customer conversion and retention. By overseeing a broad range of digital marketing activities—including SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, social media, and analytics—the role directly supports Virgin Mobile’s growth and digital engagement goals.

In your first year, you will create, implement, and continuously optimize digital marketing strategies that are fully aligned with business objectives, delivering measurable impact on customer acquisition and retention across all key channels.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
1. Development and Execution of Digital Strategies:

Create, implement, manage and optimize digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

Create, implement, manage and optimize media strategy. Implement and manage the SEO strategy.
-
Identify and explore new opportunities and trends in Digital marketing.
2. Marketing Campaign Management:
-
Plan, implement and optimize media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Tik Tok ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.

Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
-
Conduct A/B tests and experiments to improve campaign performance and conversion rate.
-
Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure the effective execution of campaigns.
3. Email Marketing and Automation:
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation. Implement and optimize marketing automation strategies using marketing automation tools.
4. Analysis and Report:

Analyze and report the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Looker studio, Tableau, and others.

Generate detailed reports on key metrics such as web traffic, conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), return on investment (ROI), etc.

Provide data-driven recommendations to improve digital marketing strategies to increase conversion rates and lower digital customer acquisition costs.
5. Website and Content Optimization:

Work with content and web development teams to optimize website structure and improve user experience.
-
Develop and manage content strategy to ensure consistency and relevance across all digital channels. Implement on-page and off-page SEO best practices to improve search engine ranking.
6. Innovation and Continuous Improvement:

Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
-
Propose and test new tactics and tools to improve digital marketing strategies.

Train and guide other team members in digital marketing practices.

Work closely with other areas (sales, product, customer service, BI) to ensure alignment and coherence in marketing strategies. Participate in strategic meetings and contribute innovative ideas to drive growth.
Qualifications & Attributes
We’re seeking someone who embodies the following:
Education & Experience:
-
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally within mass consumption (B2C) companies.

Proven track record managing and optimizing digital performance campaigns with a focus on measurable results.
Technical Skills – Must-haves:
-
Advanced proficiency with paid media platforms: Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok.
-
Strong knowledge of analytics and optimization tools: Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Looker Studio.

Solid understanding of performance metrics, digital funnels, and data-driven marketing decisions.
Technical Skills – Nice-to-haves:

Experience working with agile methodologies.

Proficiency in tagging using Google Tag Manager (Pixel and server-to-server setups).

Knowledge of ASO (App Store Optimization).
-
Familiarity with data analysis tools like Tableau and SQL.

Understanding of HTML and CSS.

Experience managing offline campaigns (radio, press, and TV).
