Campaign Manager

Your role at Exness:
As a Creative Campaign Manager, you will plan, coordinate, implement, and oversee various marketing campaigns for a range of products and services.
You will:
- Work closely with internal Marketing teams and channel owners to plan and execute 360 branding and strategic campaigns
- Review & assess campaign requests, and assist stakeholders with building viable campaign briefs and business cases
- Devise campaigns with the intent of acquiring, retaining, upselling and reactivating clients in line with overall Marketing strategy
- Work closely with Regional Marketing, CRM and product teams to plan and execute global and local campaign requests
- Brief internal delivery teams, assign necessary tasks and manage timelines to deliver campaign assets
- Oversee the quality of the content and creatives delivered by copywriters and designers to ensure that brand identity is adhered to
- Collaborate with Data team and channel owners to assess and report continuously on the results & effectiveness of campaigns and implement improvements where necessary
What makes you a great fit:
Technical / Hard Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in marketing or campaign management
- Proven experience of managing B2B and B2C campaigns
- Familiarity with analytic tools (GA, GTM, Amplitude, etc.) and CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Experience with A/B testing, experiment design, campaign analysis (attribution reporting)
- Experience localization management is a plus
- Experience managing vendors and negotiating contracts is a plus
- Fluent in English (writing and speaking)
- Prince2 certificate is a huge plus
Soft Skills:
- Able to prioritize projects based on business needs and has strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Able to successfully manage multiple campaigns running at the same time
- Experience in forex, fintech domain or related industries is an advantage
