As the IT Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing leadership and delivery for projects and programs within IT, Information Security, and other Technological teams. You will be responsible for the predictable and transparent delivery/implementation of customer-requested changes, with a continuous focus on the activity's business value.

Your responsibilities will encompass defining and approving the business value of the projects/stages with customers and stakeholders, decomposition and estimation with the project teams involved, stage planning, managing stakeholders' expectations, and leading the engineering and development teams.

The role is based in our Limassol office, Cyprus. In case of relocation, we offer full relocation support for you and your family to make your move smooth and worry-free.

What you'll actually do

  • Evaluating the project's feasibility, defining its scope, and ensuring alignment with business objectives before formal approval. This process involves initial planning, gathering requirements, and assessing potential risks to determine whether the project should proceed to subsequent phases.
  • Preparing all necessary information about the planned project, drafting project documents and approving them with stakeholders and customers. Identify key risks and opportunities and agree on them with stakeholders.
  • Preparing the project stage for the project committee and implementing the decisions of the project committee.
  • Overseeing the successful execution and delivery of the project, ensuring it meets requirements and stakeholder expectations. Identify and resolve project impediments through regular activities or escalation processes.
  • Documenting lessons learned and gathering feedback to evaluate the project's outcomes and impact. Additionally, assessing the project's outcomes to evaluate its contribution to business objectives.

Who we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
  • Proven 4+ years of working experience as a Project or Product Manager in the Software Development department
  • Strong analytical skills/data analysis skills
  • Must have a basic understanding and proficiency in Linux, Network, Kubernetes, Git/Gitlab, Containerisation and Virtualisation technologies and the actual infrastructure patterns in order to understand the context of complex technology projects
  • Business/Systems analysis experience will be considered an advantage
  • Fluency in English language
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Resilience to work across a number of projects and balance a workload
